No Lines, LLC (“No Lines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a virtual checkout queue that lets shoppers continue browsing until they are called to a register. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website and application.
Account information. When you create an account using email or Google sign-in, we receive information used to identify and authenticate you, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. When you sign in with Google, the information shared depends on the permissions shown during sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.
Queue activity. We collect information about the store you select, when you join or leave a queue, your queue status, your assigned register, and relevant call and service timestamps.
Location information. With your permission, we use your device’s location to help find nearby stores. We do not save your GPS coordinates in your No Lines account or queue record. We retain the store associated with your queue entry.
Communications. If you contact us or request a demonstration, we receive the information you provide, including your contact details and message.
Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and service logs, to deliver and maintain the service.
We use information to:
Your first name and last initial may appear to other shoppers in the same store’s virtual queue.
Authorized cashiers and managers may see your displayed name and queue information needed to coordinate checkout. Your email address is not intended for display in the shopper queue list.
We share information as needed with:
Participating stores. Authorized store staff receive relevant queue information to operate the service and assist shoppers.
Service providers. Providers supporting hosting, authentication, and other service functions process information needed to perform those functions. No Lines uses Bubble to operate the application and Google to offer Google sign-in.
Legal and safety recipients. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, protect people’s rights or safety, or investigate misuse.
Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Third-party services have their own privacy policies. You can review Bubble’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Our service and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies to support authentication, maintain sessions, and operate website features.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect sign-in or other functionality.
You can manage location permission through your device or browser settings. Disabling location permission prevents the nearby-store feature from using your device’s location.
You can leave a virtual queue using the app’s exit option. Leaving a queue does not automatically delete your account or previous queue records.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@nolines.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Requests are subject to applicable law and any information we must retain for legitimate legal or security purposes.
You can also manage No Lines’ access to your Google account through your Google account settings. Removing that access does not itself delete information already held by No Lines.
We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the service, supporting users, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the information and its purpose.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
No Lines is intended for general retail use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as our service or practices change. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
